Gotta wonder where in the contract between the bank and the customer the customer gives up their first amendment right to freedom of speech. I suppose we will all have to be more careful reading the fine print, huh?<br /><br />It does make me want to review what I learned many years ago in law school about the law of trespass and the law of false imprisonment.
